this game looks mindblowingly good. Waaaay better than the 1st....the only thing I would hope is that they change the whole on foot 1.5 clips pumped into an enemy to kill them for a more 2-3 shot maximum approach. Nothing is worse when a great online game is ruined with it even taking 10 shots to the head for a kill, & like I said 1-1.5 clips to the body.

TypeN8, actually I don't know what your talking about...The only problem with the PS3 was it's 12-18month delay behind the 360 launch....that is the sole reason they came unstuck.....but they made up ground quick & are not far by 360 in sales right now.....which IS a major accomplishment considering the highly dubious bad press & fanboy hate they have copped since day one.

Saints Row 3 will be getting my money over another C.O.D. or BF for sure. I have sooo many fps's & I love them, but I also love sandbox games, especially ones like this that put a heavy emphasis on immidiate, accessable fun, not taking themselves too seriously....and unfortunately there are waaaay more fps's saturating the market, & nowhere near enough sandbox games like Saints & GTA, & really inFamous 1&2, Prototype, GTA4 & it's dlc, saints row 2, Crackdo...
The thing that irks me about some of these sites scoring system is that they pick apart faults like "Too much like it predecessors", "is bigger & better than the 1st & 2nd, bigger set pieces, better action, blah, blah, blah"....And they basically put this kind of stuff in the negatives, along with, "the campaign is thrilling from start to finish, but the problem is it all ends too quickly", the campaign is too short coming it at around 10hrs for a 1st pla...

I dont even like the COD series that much anymore, as I feel I've been playing the same old shite for 4 years without much improvement, with only different (slightly) maps & backgrounds....The gameplay has not evolved one bit, & by that I do not mean the controls, but the actual mission variety & tasks. Battlefield plays the better campaign for sure, while COD has the multiplayer downpat.....But really, why do I need to keep buying the same freaking game over & over again...
Gran Turismo is the King of the racing Sim.... That will never be taken away from the series. It started the whole realism taken to extremess on consoles type gameplay, and although Forza is obviously a great game......it is not better than Gran Turismo, as it a bastardization of GT to appeal to the less hardcore gamers.
It is made more casual friendly in other words. Whereas GT's immediate difficulty is an instant turn off for many gamers these days.

The game scored 10/10 in a helluva lot of reviews & I don't think the game scored under 9 by any worthwhile (non-attempt & hits & headlines) reviewers, sites, or mags.....so obviously the in-game sound & dialogue are worth something.
I don't understand the need for this feature in any game, simply put, when I spend money on any game, I expect the in game music, sound fx & dialogue to be enough... when I play a game, all factors should be tailor ...
